Position Overview
Join our dynamic Operating Room team as a Certified Surgical Technologist, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional surgical care. Working alongside skilled surgeons and nurses, you'll be an essential member of a collaborative healthcare team dedicated to patient safety and positive outcomes.

What You'll Do
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key member of the surgical team, working under the supervision of registered nurses and the delegated authority of surgeons
- Apply expert knowledge of sterile and aseptic technique to maintain the highest standards of patient safety
- Prepare and manage surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment with precision and efficiency
- Anticipate the needs of surgeons during procedures, demonstrating clinical expertise and critical thinking
- Maintain vigilant oversight of the sterile field throughout all surgical procedures
- Collaborate with the entire OR team to ensure seamless, safe, and effective surgical experiences for patients

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certification in Surgical Technology (CST) or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Clinical experience from a surgical technology program
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate Degree of Applied Science in Surgical Technology
- One or more years of OR experience
Essential Qualities:
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and sterile technique
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in high-pressure situations
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
