SUMMARY
The Manager Clinical Performance Improvement, reports to the Vice President Quality Assurance and Process Improvement, provides leadership for the Clinical Performance Improvement team within the Quality Division. This position ensures the appropriate planning implementation and monitoring of clinical performance improvement activities. The Manager Clinical Performance Improvement works collaboratively with appropriate stakeholders to ensure that all organizational and regulatory agency requirements are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Hospital Administration, Business Administration or related field
- Master's Degree in Public Health, Hospital Administration, Business Administration or related field Preferred
- Clinical background with quality certification Preferred
- Five (5) years or more hospital-based performance improvement, quality assurance, or utilization management experience with three (3) years of experience in leadership/management role
- Experience leading performance improvement teams using Lean Six Sigma concepts and methods Preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification or CPHQ or other industry quality certification
