SUMMARY
Responsibilities
• Reconciling FTE budget and Position Control Report
• Assist with maintaining Position Review Committee requisition list and approvals
• Assist with developing staffing plans and FTE requirements
• Calculate FTE and cost neutrality for consolidated and transferred positions
• Coordinate agency and contract personnel renewals and new requests.
• Assist with developing and maintaining department workload targets
• Assist with developing annual Operating Budget
• Prepare meeting materials for weekly Position Review Committee
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related experience
• Master’s degree or higher is desirable
• Minimum of three years of experience in analysis of hospital labor management
• Advanced knowledge and skills in FTE analysis and management
• Highly proficient in Excel required
• Experience in Taleo, Strata and Peoplesoft desired
• Experience in hospital operations desired
• Highly organized and detail-oriented required
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities
