SUMMARY

The Product Manager, Technology Innovation will lead and oversee the ideation, conceptualization, feature selection, market fit for cutting-edge technological solutions that drive innovation within the organization. This role requires focus on driving cutting-edge product development and leading design thinking workshops. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of product management, combined with strong design thinking skills, to develop innovative technology solutions. This role will involve leading collaborative workshops, overseeing the product lifecycle, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new and disruptive products to market. A strong background in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design and product management is essential to help shape products that meet the standards of user centric innovation. This position reports to Sr. Director of Innovation.

Basic Purpose: To provide thought leadership and day to day oversight for Product management teams that will research, prioritize and design the feature set for the next generation of solutions powered by technology innovation at Grady. 

Direct Reports: A team of about 3-5 Product owners / managers in the future. At the present time this Product Manager of Technology Innovation will lead vendor teams.

QUALIFICATIONS 

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience acceptable in lieu of degree.

Seven (7) or more years of job-related experience
