Regional Medical Director, Primary Care
SUMMARY
The Regional Medical Director works closely and collaboratively with the Assigned Medical Directors, Director of Practice Operations, and local Nurse Leader, as well as the Chief Ambulatory Officer and AVP of Primary Care for their region. This role ensures high-quality, safe, timely, patient-centered, and team-based care in alignment with the mission and vision of Grady Health System.
Regional Medical Director is responsible for multiple clinics (2) and reports to the Chief of Ambulatory Medicine.
LOCATIONS: DeKalb Outpatient Centers
Flat Shoals Outpatient Center
Candler Outpatient Center
QUALIFICATIONS
Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO)
Experience with Process Improvement/Quality Improvement initiatives
Licensed by the State of Georgia without restriction to practice medicine
Board certified in a Primary Care specialty, including Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Family Medicine
