Technical Support Specialist
SUMMARY
The Technical Support Specialist provides technical assistance and instruction in the capabilities and use of information systems at Grady Health System. Provides hands-on assistance to system users by resolving questions and problems related to information systems and hardware. Performs work under the direct supervision of higher level professional, technical, and administrative staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- With High School Diploma only: Three years of technical customer service experience, including desktop, hardware, network, and software problem resolution, is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is preferred.
- With Bachelor's Degree: Zero (0) technical customer service experience.

- NOTE: Verifiable part-time and/or volunteer experience will be pro-rated toward meeting the full-time experience requirements.
- One year of technical customer service experience, including desktop, hardware, network, and software problem resolution.
