SUMMARY 
The Zone Technician II performs repairs and preventive maintenance utilizing basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry skills.


QUALIFICATIONS 

• High School Diploma or GED
• Technical or vocational school coursework of at least 18 credit hours in relevant building maintenance skills
• 3-5 years of practical experience required
