Data Management Specialist - The Ponce Center - Full-time Days

Data Management Specialist - To coordinate and manage data and databases for the Ponce de Leon Center (Ponce). To 
collect, compile, and analyze information and systems data from a variety of sources including but not limited to; Access, 
Excel, E2Fulton and Ponce specific systems such as Epic, so that various programmatic reports and analyses can be 
completed and submitted to funding sources in the HRSA Electronic Handbook or others as required.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or related field or equivalent years of experience is required.
Master's Degree in Public Health or related field is preferred. 

Experience
Three (3) years' experience in data reporting, analytical, research, operational or related field is required.

Skills/Cert/Licenses
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and basic Microsoft Access skills are required.
- Must demonstrate the ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations. Must be able to complete complex 
sorting and data matching.
- Must possess good writing skills and the ability to clearly and thoroughly present quantitative and qualitative review of
findings.
- Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively among internal and
external departments/vendors, as applicable to identify and help resolve unit/department wide challenges.
- Must possess the ability to effectively investigate, analyze, and problem solve and remain consistent in delivering positive
results, following tasks through from start to finish
Experience with E2Fulton and/or other data management application is preferred.
