SUMMARY
This position performs multiple aspects of electrical work for either new construction or remodeling of facilities or the maintenance of all client facilities including the main campus and satellite locations. For new construction or remodeling, plans and estimate jobs; obtains materials; installs electrical systems and devices and performs related activities. For maintenance, performs safety and preventative maintenance inspections; plans and estimates jobs; obtains materials; installs and repairs electrical systems and devices. Also for maintenance, maintains and test emergency, fire detection, electrical equipment and systems and responds to emergency electrical calls. Ensures all electrical work meets National Electrical Code (NEC) and health and safety codes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates Degree (Technical Diploma) or two (2) years college course work in the electrical field
- Two (2) to three (3) years job related experience in commercial industry
- Healthcare experience preferred
- State of Georgia Electrical License required
- Valid Georgia Driver's License
