SUMMARY
The Lead Logistics Technician provides logistics oversight and coordinates with the Logistics Supervisor on a daily basis to ensure all assignments are completed. Assumes responsibility for decision- making regarding operations in the absence of the Logistics Supervisor. Ensures all on-line vehicles and equipment are in an acceptable state of readiness at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate Degree preferred with a background in logistics and accounting.
- Must possess basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Exercise excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently
- Must hold and maintain a current and valid Georgia Driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record per departmental policy.
- Must be available for 24-hour recall in emergency situations required.
- Must be flexible with assigned work schedule to meet department demands.
- Must be capable of leading staff and accomplishing goals set by the Division Manager.
