Paramedic Communications Specialist - Emergency Department - (7P-7A)
SUMMARY
Emergency Care Communications Specialist (ECCS) are responsible for all EMS communication for the Emergency Care Center and activation of specialty response teams (trauma, stroke, burn, STEMI) across the health system. This position reports to the EMS Liaison Manager and has no direct reports. No other positions report to the EMS Liaison Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or GED
- Current Georgia Paramedic certification is required
- Maintain have and maintain American Heart Association - Healthcare Provider card for BCLS & ACLS
- Three (3) or more years of paramedic/EMS experience
