Summary

The primary responsibility of a Pharmacist and Trainer is to create, perform, update and maintain training materials and training for all pharmacy areas (inpatient and outpatient), including, but not limited to, developing tipsheets and online training modules, coordinating refresher classes, etc.  The Pharmacist and Trainer will be responsible for overseeing all inpatient and outpatient Epic training activities and will personally conduct training as necessary. This position will also maintain productive time in pharmacy operations, to better informing training needs.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree; Doctor of Pharmacy degree

Two (2) or more years job related experience including inpatient or outpatient pharmacist.

Epic training experience

Registered pharmacist-GA
